Metric and Nabta Health launch $12M clinic push

Metric and Nabta Health launch a $12M partnership to bring AI-driven financial and hybrid healthcare tools to 1,000 clinics across MEA.

Metric, a Dubai-based fintech startup, and Nabta Health, a women’s health company, have announced a $12 million strategic partnership to deploy financial intelligence and hybrid healthcare solutions across 1,000 clinics in the Middle East and Africa (MEA) over the next five years.

The collaboration brings together Metric’s AI-driven financial technology platform and Nabta’s hybrid healthcare model to help clinics enhance operational efficiency, improve financial sustainability, and expand access to quality care.

This partnership empowers local healthcare providers with the same intelligence and tools used by enterprise-level organizations, without compromising their independence” said the companies in a joint statement.

The initiative will give clinic owners and medical teams access to Metric’s financial intelligence platform, which provides real-time insights across invoicing, expenses, and cash flow, integrated with Nabta’s hybrid care model and corporate health pathways. Together, the solutions aim to make healthcare delivery both patient-centered and financially sustainable.

Founded in 2021, Metric serves SMEs in more than 70 countries, helping them connect financial data to strategic decisions through automation and AI. Nabta Health, founded in 2017, focuses on accessible, culturally relevant women’s healthcare across MEA through digital platforms, hybrid clinics, and employer-based programs.

A key goal of the partnership is to strengthen the autonomy and profitability of local healthcare providers, reducing reliance on external ownership models. By embedding financial transparency and operational excellence at the clinic level, the project aims to create a more equitable and resilient healthcare ecosystem.

Our goal is to help independent clinics deliver high-quality, data-driven care that’s both sustainable and scalable” said Sophie Smith, Founder and CEO of Nabta Health.
