Deliverect has announced a global strategic alliance with FreedomPay to deliver white-labelled payment orchestration capabilities across the food technology company’s platform. The partnership addresses fragmented payment processing challenges that multi-location restaurant operators frequently encounter when managing transactions across different channels and geographical markets.

The collaboration integrates FreedomPay’s gateway technology into Deliverect’s existing infrastructure, creating a unified platform for both digital commerce and physical store payments. This development particularly targets Quick Service Restaurant chains and enterprise-level restaurant groups seeking to consolidate their payment operations through a single interface.

Operational Benefits for Restaurant Chains

The integrated solution streamlines several administrative processes that traditionally require separate management systems. Restaurant operators gain simplified reconciliation procedures, consolidated reporting mechanisms, and centralized refund management across multiple payment processors. Additionally, the partnership enables enhanced visibility into customer purchasing patterns, supporting the development of loyalty programes and targeted marketing initiatives through improved data consistency.

“Our partnership with FreedomPay represents a significant evolution in how enterprise restaurant chains can approach payment processing. By bringing payment orchestration directly into our platform, we’re enabling our customers to leverage a single global platform that accepts all payment types whilst maintaining the flexibility to work with their preferred providers” ~ Justin Falciola, President of the Americas at Deliverect.

Technical Integration and Provider Flexibility

The partnership maintains restaurant operators’ ability to collaborate with their chosen payment processors, including established providers such as Fiserv, WorldPay, Chase, Elavon, Global Payments, Heartland, American Express, Tsys, and Stripe. This approach preserves existing commercial relationships whilst adding orchestration capabilities across the entire payment infrastructure.

“The integration with FreedomPay gives Deliverect the ability to unify siloed systems across their entire estate. We’re excited to revolutionize payment operations for the multi-location QSRs and enterprise restaurants in the Deliverect network.” ~ Chris Kronenthal, President of FreedomPay

Revenue Protection Initiatives

This payment partnership coincides with Deliverect’s recent introduction of Deliverect Resolve, an artificial intelligence-powered solution designed to protect revenue from fraudulent refund claims. The company states this technology can safeguard up to 70% of revenue loss from such fraudulent activities, demonstrating a comprehensive approach to both payment processing and revenue protection.

The combination of payment orchestration and fraud protection reflects broader industry trends towards integrated financial technology solutions that address multiple operational challenges simultaneously. Restaurant operators can now access both streamlined payment processing and active revenue protection through connected digital tools.

Market Availability and Implementation

The integrated FreedomPay solution launches across multiple geographical markets, including the United States, United Kingdom, European Union, Mexico, and Canada. This broad availability supports international restaurant chains operating across different regulatory environments and payment preferences.

The partnership also enables access to competitively negotiated payment rates whilst reducing operational overhead costs. These economic benefits complement the technical advantages of unified payment processing, creating potential cost savings across both technology management and transaction processing.

For restaurant operators managing multiple locations, the solution addresses the complexity of maintaining consistent payment experiences across different channels, from mobile applications to in-store transactions. The white-labelled approach ensures brand consistency whilst leveraging FreedomPay’s underlying technology infrastructure.

This development reflects the continuing evolution of payment technology in the restaurant sector, where operators increasingly seek solutions that combine flexibility with operational simplicity. The partnership between Deliverect and FreedomPay demonstrates how specialised technology companies are collaborating to address specific industry requirements through integrated platforms rather than standalone solutions.
